Balancers for pneumatic tools
Applications
Support and supply compressed air to screwdrivers, impact tools and pneumatic assembly equipment. Hose versions combine tool support and air supply. Hose dimensions and connections are selection criteria in their own right.

Coordinate support and air supply
Load range and travel must suit the workstation, as must the air circuit. Depending on the range, the tool is carried by the hose or by a cable combined with a coiled hose. Check this construction before comparing references.
Check the air passage
Specify the required internal diameter, external diameter where relevant, operating pressure and connections. The complete supply must suit the tool’s air demand. An undersized hose can restrict operation.
Allow for the tool’s movement
The suspended mass includes couplings and all parts moving with the tool. Check useful travel, the movement area and return behaviour. Hose kits must be selected for explicitly compatible models.
References illustrating different designs
These examples cover different capacities and movement behaviours. Enter your load and travel in the selector before choosing a configuration.
Questions to help you choose
Do all hoses in a range have the same dimensions?
Hose sizes and variants depend on the reference. The selector offers dimension filters where these are documented.
Will a hose kit fit any balancer?
Choose only kits listed as compatible with the model. Provide its complete reference when equipping an existing unit.
