Describe actual operating conditions
Specify whether the installation is sheltered or exposed, temperatures, moisture and substances present. Check the version’s operating limits, exterior materials and maintenance conditions. An indoor workshop configuration cannot be assumed suitable for this exposure.
Measure travel and mounting height
Include tool weight, couplings and supported components. Record parked and working positions and the mounting height. Keep the cable within its specified operating range throughout the movement.
Review charging-cable applications
