Why do GEPRO products appear in a Tecna search?
The relevant classic GEPRO balancers are made by Tecna and sold with GEDO branding. They are therefore included when searching for a model made by Tecna.
Does the .GD suffix mean a different model?
No. It indicates GEDO origin; it is the same model as the reference without that suffix.
Does an extension add working travel?
A compatible cable-end extension lowers the load attachment point; it does not increase the balancer’s working travel.
Can B, B1 or F be added later?
These factory options must be ordered with the device. They cannot be retrofitted to a balancer that was not prepared to receive them.
Does ESD mean ATEX?
No. ESD concerns electrostatic discharge. For an explosive atmosphere, select an ATEX configuration with marking suitable for the zone and application.
Which models offer express dispatch?
Eligible classic GEPRO balancers can be dispatched within 1 week instead of 15 days, excluding transport time. This option does not apply to other Tecna ranges.
Can I request a quote or get a PDF sheet?
Add references and configurations to your selection to prepare a quote request and keep a PDF sheet. A selection PDF is not an order confirmation.
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes. Send the complete device reference, nameplate and part position if known.
