Position the tool suspension point away from the retractor
The Bowden retractor transfers the pulling force through a stainless steel cable guided inside a sheath. The unit can be installed away from the suspension point, so the tool support can follow the workstation layout.

Choose Bowden length and working travel
The Bowden length defines the connection between the unit and the suspension point. It is separate from the working travel of the cable. Include the tool and all suspended components when checking the minimum and maximum load limits.

Installation and use
For indoor use from +5 °C to +60 °C. Maintain a minimum bending radius of 120 mm for the Bowden connection and avoid right-angle bends. The main suspension and the safety suspension must be independent. Refer to the manual for installation, adjustment and inspection.
