Balancer delivery and express dispatch

Dispatch lead time and transport time are separate. Specify the destination and any delivery constraints before ordering.

Prepare the delivery

Provide the complete business address, country, postcode and recipient contact details. Mention access or unloading constraints and any required date. Transport conditions depend on the selected configuration and destination.

GEPRO express dispatch

For eligible classic GEPRO balancers, “Express dispatch within 1 week instead of 15 days” concerns dispatch, excluding transport time. The price updates with this option and the accessories ordered with the device. Other Tecna ranges do not offer this option.

Brinkmann transport

The Brinkmann transport flat rate is €65 excluding VAT per order. Transport is separate from product prices. Ask for the conditions applicable to your destination with your enquiry.

Tecna and GEPRO delivery

Tecna and GEPRO ranges are not offered for delivery to Italy, including orders containing other brands. For other destinations, check the conditions associated with your order.

On receipt

Check references, quantities and condition. If equipment is damaged or differs from the order, keep the relevant information, take photos and contact GEDO with the order number.
